Tank Tales

Ok, I got my tank, stand, heater, lights; filter is ordered (the eheim one, cos it's the best, but is expensive, but it does have a 3yr warrenty. But i could decide to go cheaper...).
Can't set it up yet cos need to rearrange furniture, and as i will next week officially be couch/lounge/armchair-less, I will have to start thinking about where i will sit (at the study table? good incentive)......
Then will get gravel, thermometer, ornaments (depends on the fishies), maybe a test kit, + filter, set it all up, start the maturing process, get a small hardy fish, then go from there.

I am still deciding whether I want cichlids or tropicals.

Yes, setting it all up is quite expensive, both ongoing costs are quite cheap (depending on the fish).

And I am still pondering on the idea of getting a cat.

BTW, i did 30 pages of geometry on fri night. I love geometry, i knew i would, cos i remember actually doing ok at it at school. And I bought a text book for uni yesterday. Big spending weekend.

First step geometry, then structural mechanics.

Before you know it, you'll be an engineer. Get out while you still can!

I don't even have a vague idea what structural mechanics are. Guess I avoided that trap.
